חיפוש פטנט במאגרים

כידוע, הגשת בקשה לרישום פטנט היא תהליך מייגע ארוך ויקר. לפני השקעת משאבים כספיים רבים ברישום פטנט, יש לבצע חיפוש פטנט מעמיק ברשומות הפטנטים העולמיים.

ניתן לבצע תחילה בדיקה ראשונית במאגרי הפטנטים הנגישים באינטרנט ו"לסנן" בצורה ראשונית את התוצאות, אך אין זה מספיק. בכדי להבטיח שהפטנט או ההמצאה אכן יחודיים, דרוש לבצע חיפוש מעמיק ע"י עורך דין או מומחה אחר. ישנן חברות רבות המציעות שרותי חיפוש פטנט איכותיים, ומומלץ להעזר באחת מחברות אלו לפני התחלת תהליך רישום הפטנט, פיתוח פטנט או בניית אב טיפוס לפטנט.

 

 

Chain Free Bike

Has it been a hundred years since the sprocket and chain were invented
for the bike. Well, what about taking the bike into the 21st century.
Remove the chain and use a hydrolic drive...fed through similar tubes
that are used for high end braking systems on bikes. The entire gear
system can now be internalize and improved to deliver a mico-adjusting
"transmission" for bikes if you will.
